Atletico Madrid have recorded a slow start to the season picking up just two point out of 9, this form comes as a shock to me however after seeing how many signings they made during the summer transfer window. I expected a better start to the season though but the reality holds a different outcome. Against Villareal would be a tough contest but also an opportunity to revive their start to the season by collecting all three points.
This is the worst season I have experience with Atletico Madrid, maybe I'm not to observant but I know they don't start the season this way, atimes they comes and take the first place until Real Madrid and Barcelona decide who is going next before they take over or sometimes they remain their for long time before things changes but this time, everything seems odd and different. You can't tell if they are that serious or they are doing the calm before the storm.
Vilhareel maybe condescending and sometimes play around but I think the way they started this season, it's going to be a good end for them and Atletico might have to endure another cry week again. If it's what they have been playing all this while since the beginning of the season to only have 2 points, they are going to be at the mercy of villhareal this week except if Atletico has some strategy to weaken and hold down them down since it's their home game.
