There is a 0% chance I would even consider marrying someone before having sex.  Being completely honest, in this day and age, it would be difficult to even get to know someone well without having sex.  I feel like people are busy and if sex is too much work, they just won't make the effort.  We're seeing this in statistics, where more than 50% of people between the ages of 18-29 spend $0 on dating.  Many people aren't even having casual sex anymore.  I don't know what the solution is, but I know that carrying a lawsuit around a bar showing you're being sued for 10 million dollars results in blowjobs like you wouldn't believe.  Maybe try that if you're having difficulties.
