My ideal strategy on bet bankroll is to focus my bet on the bankroll that I have predetermined before the bet or casino games. I cannot increase my bet because I'm winning or that I want to chase loses, I just focus on the bankroll that I have decided to bet with. I can confidently say that my strategy is better than letting emotions to swing you to make decisions that cannot control the outcome. Why increase your bet when gambling is not a business that you're sure that you will make profit, just make budgets with the amount that you can afford to loose.
I wall say, a preset bankroll & if you try flat staking bets thats are standard practice, man. why? cause these precaution will eliminate your emotional swings & reduce the risk of going broke at a time. Chasing losses or increasing your bet after a win is a quick way to get into trouble and is associated with gambling disorder.
If you want growth along with fun, than you could use a kelly percentage rather than a full Kelly.. otherwise, i always like to stick to a 1% to 3% flat stakes and set very causious deposit & time limits, i never break my limit...
