There is already an existing law that anyone who is not 18 plus should stay away from gambling because they consider people below this stage or see as premature or children but the funny truth is that sometimes it is not really about age but what you have in your mind, your ethics, your believe, your understanding etc these are what matters. People we see in the society as an addict none of them are premature but they are always an addict then how come children who are not 18 plus are not an addict and there are places that if you check well, you will see people that are below 18 plus gambling because of growth you won't really know.
If this happens it is because first of all people who are under 18 are still under the guardianship of their parents, just a minimal complaint and the parents of the minor go to jail , a minor who suffers from addiction in casinos is the full responsibility of the parents, and also the lack of maturity of the minor to do something like that.
