Doxxing is releasing personal information. It can include a person's full name, their location, their financial situation, their hobbies, their gender, etc.
Doxxing should only be allowed in the Investigations section, where it will not be indexed by search engines.
Good to know that there are some boards which are not indexed by search engines.
If investigation child board is one of them, I think serious discussion board should also be among.
