Nope.
I've heard of this and it's for sure that Indians who are into gambling will still have ways to gamble.
Regulate it. Have strict rules about the amount of deposits. Take the tax. I believe that's the only solution for now, instead of banning everything.
That's what they have to do but if they are determined with this rule, it's a true thing that they are making it worse.
