Salary earners end up spending their salary buying from the business owners making the business owners to get profit from the business while the salary earners end up with nothing.
Earning salary and owning a business are two different things that has different values but you can achieve a lot of both if you manage it well, earning salary is being employed by someone else and you could get the freedom to do other things but owning a business of your own gives you the freedom of movement and doing things on your own terms. Some salary earners are actually getting it right and they are doing well and spending less because they have their own business too aside the salary they earn weekly/monthly, owning your own business isn't always a bed of roses because they also experience losses in their business that take up their profits and capital together so earning salary and owning your business are both good but it depends.
Job and owning a business lead to completely different lives and we can't compare them because I've never had anyone who has a job and has a good life that's related to the upper class or VIP status on the other hand, having a small business is always seen as prestigious, as you're doing it on your own with no restrictions.
You get to set things up by yourself being flexible and working towards your interests which can increase your profits and lead to better things in life in contrast having a job means you're almost packed with a schedule and have little flexibility making it harder to take good decisions for your future everyone has their own way of living life and it's essential to understand how to manage things around you.
