Another point I will add is that people sometimes confuse waiting to learn everything with being cautious, but in reality it is just delaying the inevitable.. Nobody ever finishes learning Bitcoin because it keeps evolving, so if you’re waiting for perfect knowledge, you will never start..  The best approach is exactly what you said, start small, buy steadily, and hodl with a long term plan. The more time you spend in the market, the more the knowledge comes naturally through experience..  That is when the details you thought were complex at first will start making sense without you forcing it…
Yea it's true that you don't have to know it all to start your Bitcoin investment journey, but you need to understand that if you don't have the basic knowledge of Bitcoin and how to go about your accumulation process, it's extremely wrong to start, because their is a higher tendency in such a scenario that you may  misstep or make a terrible mistake that may compel you to sell off prematurely or likely sell off everything when you should be buying and adding up to your stash, so it's true that an investor can start with his small basic knowledge he has and keeps on learning along the way while investing, but not having the basic knowledge at all before starting is a terrible mistake all Bitcoin Investors should avoid by all means because it's one of the easiest way to misstep and risk your hard earned money while investing, because you don't even know anything on what and what needs to be done to be successful in your investment.
