Don’t you think it’s about time Filipinos reach that level too?
I hope so too, because this won’t stop if we keep being soft. We have to be brave and follow what other nations are doing to fight corruption. If we can’t stop it soon, sooner or later the country will collapse, and these corrupt people will just leave the country easily. The sad part is we’ll be the ones left suffering with a miserable life, bad economy, hyperinflation, and no chance to recover.
That means chaos in the country, and for sure these people will run away once the public is no longer afraid to fight back. It would probably start in the main city, Manila, and lead to a declaration of martial law. But I think this time is different, since there are a lot of generals who might not support the admin anymore knowing BBM is corrupt.
until that happens though, we’re just going to keep watching this clown show playing out in the senate and congress.
