Every time is an opportunity for an investor. A business is always looking for opportunities. An investor never likes to look for opportunities, he always likes to continue buying continuously. It does not require much knowledge to invest. If you have basic knowledge about Bitcoin, if you have faith in Bitcoin and if you have a source of discretionary income, then you can invest. You do not need to gain a lot of knowledge to invest. You can learn a lot after starting investing. You need to start investing first.

I think it is better to buy whenever you have money, waiting is never the right decision. Many people keep money aside for aggressive buying along with investing. I do not like this at all because I think buying whenever I have money is the best decision.

Investing in Bitcoin without much knowledge or waiting for the perfect time can be a waste of time and you may end up investing in Bitcoin at a much higher price later on, because you won’t be able to buy it at the same price tomorrow as it is today. It can be extremely volatile because Bitcoin pricing is challenging, so you don’t need a lot of money to invest because if you have discretionary income, then using the DCA strategy will work for you, as it will relieve you of the challenge of when to enter or exit the market.

I am not sure what you mean by investment depreciation. If you mean investment depreciation that a person should have complete knowledge about Bitcoin, then this will never be the right decision for you or anyone else. I know some investors who have been investing for a long time and they say that it is never possible for anyone to gain complete knowledge. If you do not invest, how will you face the difficult times. For example, if you do not invest, how will you gain experience, if you do not invest, how will you cope with the downturn, how will you cope with those things. If you have basic knowledge about Bitcoin and a source of discretionary income, then you can start investing and you can learn along with investing. If you delay investing to learn, then it will never be the right decision for you.
