I think it's abnormal to not give a client feedback for a whole day anywhere. I don't recommend doing business with them!
I can only think of reasons why you think it take sometime for them to reply.
a. they are checking everything first
b. maybe their fraud division has flag some "suspicious" activity
So just wait and see how it goes. And for sure they might have seen your problems already.
I don't mind, let them check everything they need. But is that why they should completely ignore the client? This is despite the fact that I made a VIP transfer with a turnover of 2mln $ on another site
