Information has never been more accessible than it was, you don't need anything expensive to be able to learn most things that can lift you out of poverty. People choose to be lazy, it is only their own fault. How many poor people I see these years just playing mindless games and scrolling social media junk. Even if they devoted just 10% of that time to a specific career path, they could become experts in a field within a decade.
