I read that Barcelona will not play in Camp Nou because it is not ready yet and they will break La Liga record when facing Valencia this Sunday in Johan Cruyff. By La Liga record, they mean the stadium with the lowest capacity ever!
I don't know why they picked this stadium and couldn't find another bigger one because the number of tickets will be very limited so less revenue for them at the time they are desperate for money..
This is a very bad new because how can a big club as Barcelona don't have another stadium to play match. They want to play in a small lowest capacity in the laliga. Fans won't be happy to watch the match in the stadium since they won't be enough space for many fans to watch the game. I hear some news this evening that they will get back to camp Nou against Real Sociedad and PSG. I don't really know why Barcelona usually facing many problems they really need to pick form and win many trophies so that they will have huge money and do all the necessary things they need. If the stadium that Barcelona will use to play against Valencia, if is really good that won't stop the players to perform well is just the fans won't be comfortable to watch the match. let see how the stadium will be after the international break is over. They need to do everything possible to achieve three point against Valencia since they draw there last games.
Lewandowski can contribute a lot for Barcelona even he is very old as he is talented, skillful, experienced and very professional but no human and player can win against time and ageing effects forever. Barcelona can enjoy amazing contributions from Lewandowski until he hits his physical limits and has declining performances in both appearances and quality.
With a very old player like Lewandowski, that declining performances can appear anytime and can not be reverted, so Barcelona must have different plans and players as replacements on Lewandowski. If they struggle to replace him in one, two or three seasons, their performances and results can be affected a lot, then finance will be considerably affected negatively too.
Lewandowski as started getting old and I don't think he have that enough strength to perform well, and you will notice that Hansi Flick is not starting Lewandowski for the first eleven like before anymore, because he notice that he is not contributing very well anymore. And am sure next season they can probably to sold him out to another club to get enough funds to buy fresh players in the team. Lewandowski is very talented player and he have experience in the Champions League and I can says he can try to perform in the Ucl, because the clubs that Barcelona will play with this season is not a small club they need to have many experience players to play with so that they can perform well and win there matches in the competition.
