Scam Accusations board. But add more details and proof to this scam that has happened to you.
There is a format that you need to follow there for you to formally post it and make people aware of what they've done to you and, so that everyone can avoid them as well.
This is the kind of format which you can modify this thread and move it there;

Copy and paste it in new thread then fill all data.
