That was the opposite for me. I deposited $100 and managed to cash out almost $350. Although, it wasn’t the best experience because they forced me to complete KYC before processing my withdrawal.
After that, it took almost an hour for my first withdrawal to be approved.
Luckily, my second withdrawal only took around half an hour, but I still find it quite long compared to other casinos that process withdrawals instantly.
Anyway, I also joined that contest, hoping no one gets a higher multiplier than I did. lol

Congratulations on that Huge win

Last time I won, I managed to withdraw without any KYC verification. I am thinking of making another deposit, but that KYC bit might give me some hard time at the moment, especially with that part of proof of address. I am just wondering if the KYC the imposed on you was because you had gone past the withdrawal threshold? $2,200?
I really don't know the reason why they forced me to do KYC. Right after I requested a $300 withdrawal for the first time, a forced KYC link popped up.
Luckily, I was able to provide all the required documents. And yes they also asked for proof of address, which is yeah I struggled with at first.
Fortunately, I had a credit card billing statement with my address, and that successfully verified my account.
I hope I win that multiplier contest, and I'll try to withdraw the winnings to see if the withdrawal will be instant this time.
Maybe you win many times on their casino that's why on that withdrawal request it triggers already their KYC and you have been asked to comply?
Since usually they asked this for compliance also when they suspect some unusual activity on your account. But since the KYC has been asked, I guess you don't have a choice but to submit those what they required you to do.
But I think after you have done with their KYC your next withdrawal will go smooth and provably no issue will occur.
