he had an active self-exclusion, so any wins would have been voided.
tbh, both parties are to blame for this mess, and personally, i think they should refund his deposit and work on improving their self-exclusion system, because his account should have been instantly blocked as soon as his KYC info was checked, let alone let him depo and play. if razed did that, we would not be here. lol
