Many people see Bitcoin as quick money but they is another side to it, the pressure attached every decision or move in the market and your heart begins to beat fast sometimes it goes up and you are happy then it dumps and you begin to panic. Their is profit and their is pressure too. Sometimes I wonder if am the only one feeling this mental stress when trading BTC. How do you guys handle the pressure? Do you guys HODL no matter what happens or you sell quick so as to avoid regret? Because the pressure is real.
Since February 2011, when Bitcoin first crossed $1, we’ve seen massive growth despite all the ups and downs. I am not disputing the fact that bitcoin price is volatile, it can shoot up and crash  fast but if we zoom out and look at the bigger picture, the long-term trend has maintained upward moves.

That been said, for investors who have been around bitcoin for a period of time, they understand better that volatility is what makes investing in bitcoin more fun. The assignment is quite simple the pressure should be the main reason to keep buying because the rewards are immeasurable.
