so top penalty possible. life means life no parole. and from americas system of having FBI involved is obviously going to be federal level, so death penalty is possible
Well, I guess that the normal assumption for that penalty is about "a life for a life, a tooth for a tooth".
What are we really talking about here? Some sick person who decided to eliminate someone who expressed an opinion they didnt agree with through a public execution? The motivation does not matter. The act of murder matters. Murder isnt a "mess" to avoid by "respecting everyones opinion." Its a crime. There is no opinion, regardless of how horrible, to justify violence, or even worse, murder. The issue here isnt a lack of respect for different views; its a lack of respect for human life!
Days are evil nowadays. People who hate someone could do such thing like this killer did. They don't value life of others anymore and they don't respect other's opinion. What matters only to them is themselves and whatever they do and say. This has now become the level of hate in this generation.
