I dont entirely agree, or at least i partially agree. Emotions are what make us human and different from computers and machines that lack that emotional drive.
This is what distinguishes us and we must maintain this, the problem is not the emotions but the reason that pushes us to use them, the game must remain a game
This is what I have always maintained too. We are human built on emotions as it's what define human. Money and emotions can not be completely separated. As far as money is involved in gambling process, emotion can not be absolutely overlooked or ignored. Having emotions attached to your gambling is not entirely a bad practice since you cannot do away with it but what is bad is when you allow emotion to dictate for you instead of you dictating for your emotions. If you allow emotions to take control of you during gambling, you're likely to gamble irresponsible instead of responsible gambling.
It is very natural to have emotions in gambling because there is a relationship with money. Almost all people are weak towards money. Money is one of the most necessary things in every aspect of life, which is why when it comes to gambling, the issue of human emotions also comes up quickly. Emotions will work in gambling, but that emotion must be limited to a certain level. When the level of emotion of a gambler increases or the gambler loses control of his emotions over himself, it is no longer normal. Those who cannot control their emotions lose their bankroll very quickly.
I totally agree with you on this one, emotion is natural especially when it involves Money but some people can control thier emotions to an extent where you will start thinking that they feel no emotion. take for instance those who are gambling for fun and entertainment they can experience series of loses yet is always as if they have not lose anything that is because they have emotional control, they don't allow thier emotion to control them instead they will be the one to control that is why they hardly make mistakes or getting themselves into trouble. but when you allow your emotion to control you it can lead you into something you don't even intend doing and before you will realize what you're doing by then you must have get into trouble or lose something Big.
