I would ask 2 questions here:
1. Was the reason for the freeze explained?
2. Just incase that happens again, is there a clear resolution path?
If you read the linked thread on the post, you may discover the reason why they froze the funds and restricted the account. I admit that was my mistake to receive funds from a client into a Binance address. The funds were sent from a mixer, and Binance doesn't allow this. So they freeze my funds primarily; after a lot of conversation, they release the funds and restrict the account. I am not going to repeat the same mistake again. I have been using a noncustodial wallet or hardware wallet to receive funds from my clients.
Recently I traded on Binance, and the amount was big as well. I tried with small funds to see if everything was fine or not. Later, one time, I traded big funds also. Still don't have any issues. That's why asking the community about opinions is better for understanding more.
