DEXs do not have opportunities like centralized exchanges. They do not exchange cryptocurrency to fiat.
They are not connected with fiat world.
You can only exchange cryptocurrency in DEX.

State authorities want to contrall cryptocurrency more and more. State authorities want to know more about people payments and people profits. They want to know more about how much people earn and how much they pay taxes.
That is why soon kyc procedures will be everywhere even in DEX. Or DEX will not survive.

But legislation of many countries changed and more and more countries want to control cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency payments.
Cryptocurrency exchanges must to follow the rules and the legislation.
