I think zangadogamer was referring to payment they made on August 5. I don't think they have processed any withdrawals after that date.
Tosyan12 said that the transactions made on August 5 were fake and they were not sent to the real users. zangadogamer's point was that those transactions were not fake and he received his withdrawal on that date.
