I looked through your profile and I see you talk alot about the Merit system. Well the system isn't perfect but it has achieved one aim and that's reducing the rate at which spammers are ranking up their alts and abusing the forum.

There's a reason why we have different merits sources and that's to make the system more decentralized that everybody have their different criteria of awarding merits although all has a guide of only rewarding quality posts. But the quantity is dependent on the quantity you have and how you review the posts.

We all view quality differently and that can be because of how we interpret the message we just read. Meriting though shouldn't be bade on quantity but quality although when there's quality and still quantity then that deserves more merits (in my opinion).
