Let's clear up; funds of user @VerdOrrBT are blocked on your 'exchange'. You did this because you dislike him and suspect he has some bad intentions. Did I miss something?
You're speaking of "dislike" however I personally did not interact with this user at all until a few days ago, and their account block as well as the notice sent to them were instituted by my reporting manager.
Our cybersecurity guys flagged the account and the rest is as you see.
I agree I dislike them now, but last month I didn't know them.
