I remember the hex private key that I had set the software on, and it was about 47 billion keys later that the software stopped, but it didn't show the key. I didn't know that I should have gotten it from the software log file, so I thought the software had crashed and reset it. Now I realize my stupid mistake, and no matter how I install the said software, it won't run!!!

47 billion keys is less than 100000000 : fffffffff (2^36), even with Alberto BSD's keyhunt CPU program you can cover this range in 4 or 5 hours with a slow laptop, no need for someone to help you. But maybe this is another newbie or digaran trolling.
For sure is someone trolling. If they would read enough, they know about renting and using all softwares from here. So from my point of view is a joke.

I didn't lie, your problem is in calculating the number of keys to search. The number of keys to search is equal to:
