That's a bold roster move benching 41 projected points and rostering 31ish projected points. Obviously we all know projected doesn't mean shit and it all depends on the day the player has vs the team they're playing. Chargers are going to go deep in the playoffs this year and Herbert will find Allen multiple times in every game, so that's not a terrible change.
