we have not removed any funds from it. The user has been given a method (which their representative in our discord agreed was quite okay).
Once it's resolved, their access will be fully restored.
This argument you are having with him here is childish and shows amateurism. I'm not sure how much it helps in building trust with other users.
So the way I see it there's 3 options: blindly trust them, or ignore them, or respond to them. I can't do the 1st option as that's not really available for me. Option #2 - ignoring them - is not a good thing anyways; I would hate it if I were ignored.
So naturally I need to respond. You do say the argument is childish but you will notice I've tried to remain as civil as possible throughout and support restoration of the user's account based on the one static condition that was mentioned to them.
If this doesn't make sense, feel free to tell me a 4th option that I might not have considered. I'm happy to take inputs and implement them.
And, don't (both of you) quote me in each of your posts, it's tiring to get notifications with your repetitive sentences.
