You need to check the distribution model. By design is giving a lot on higher bits and a few on lower bits, so is just a presumption from what i saw.

I found 11 B9j and only 1 B9jr. I have scanned until now alone over 3000 ranges to see this pattern.
Maybe i am wrong...maybe not...
