This does not have to be a scam. The offer of reply, like, follow automation on social networks is nothing new, only the quality and effect of it are questionable. It is noticeable on X that the number of automated replies is increasing. I guess some people like to discuss with AI on social media.

I think the fact that he lied, and it led to the negative feedback and flag against him means that this Twitter mass reply bot could also be a lie as well. Or I have also noticed a number of replies that get shadow-banned especially due to spamming or continued violation of x community guidelines.
