I debunk this statement with very strong opposition. Yes I agree.with you that land is an asset but how you passed it to the next generation when you sell the land. It is only when you used the land to build Real Estate then you can generate income annually. If you keep the land, yes next generation will come and inherent it but you will become poor. I don't know if you understand my point.
