Before now I honestly didn't know China and Kazakhstan were at the top of the chart too but I was very sure of the USA part based on the total hashrate foundry USA generates compared to the total hashrate. One thing I guess would have probably prompted me to adding Kazakhstan to that list is based on their electricity cost compared to other countries.

I can imagine it would actually be way cheaper and cost efficient to set up your mining farms in a country that has cheaper electricity. What I think matters more is relative power based on mining pools and not really mining farm across countries or regions.
