As for myself: About two weeks ago I stopped checking-in here and instead went back and read the first ~20 pages, and since then I've been skipping around, randomly reading a page or two here and there... It has helped me regain my sanity, refocus me, and I learned something new, which hasn't happened in the past couple of months of following only the latest comments...
