What are you talking about?  Your statement is a jumble of contradictions.  A hardware wallets are designed for the exact opposite.  They are secure, offline storage solution that you dont need to constantly fiddle with.

What exactly do you think a hardware wallet is, and what are you doing with it that makes you think it requires this level of effort?  Because it seems to me that you have never seen one in your life.
