True, prediction really belongs more to traders than investors. As an investor, the main focus should just be on steady accumulation and patience. Bitcoin is too volatile for anyone to predict its exact moves, and most times people who keep trying end up either panicking or selling too early….
Some people feel that the market can easily be manipulated, I'm saying this base on experienced. I have seen a newly investor who was trying to Force the market to work according to his Wish, and guess what happened. The market kept declining to an extent where he start panicking and all of a sudden he sold everything without minding if he's in profit on not, some people are just venturing into bitcoin investment without the Basic tools, and once you go into bitcoin investment without gathering some informations about how it works you will just be fucking around doing unnecessary things like market monitoring wasting time and later end up achieving nothing.
There’s no way anyone can manipulate the market especially bitcoin and a newbie at that… This is what happens when you get involved half baked and without guidance. I think while we’re advocating or advising folks to get started with bitcoin investment, it’s also important to note getting started with the right mindset and guidance. It’s important to have someone who you can ask some personal practical questions to and not just getting informations online, because when there’s a physical guidance there are some bad decisions that can be averted just by you interacting with your guidian or mentor.
If he had the right mindset and knew bitcoin investment is for the long term or he had someone to guide him he wouldn’t have sold his coins. He probably didn’t also have the right knowledge, maybe he thought it was an Altcoin he could blow up in no time or tried to gamble with bitcoin by predicting the price and investing with more than his discretionary money. All of which are bad practices and are very wrong.
