Let me add some
Unprocessed meat 13%
processed meat 20%
fried chicken 12%
Fries 2.7%
Sugar drinks 10%[/s]
If I adds up all those numbers, I should be dead already.

One of those above is not like the others.... Sometimes there are anti-nutrients added to foods, and our bodies can process quite a bit of inferior foods, but sometimes that anti-nutrients combined with other toxins in our environment (perhaps plastics in our water?) can end up taking tolls on our bodies and our abilities to stay healthy.

One: use common sense.
Two: eat whatever you want.
Three: don't stop moving.
My grandfather did this and lived to 106 y.o.
#lifeadvicehaiku1) common sense isn't so common anymore...
2) In our youth, we are more able to tolerate inferior foods, and there are inferior foods that we might not realize how inferior they are.. including that some items are placed in foods that should not be consumed
3) a lot of us do have a somewhat sedentary lifestyle, and I agree that there likely are reasons to try to stay active.
Frequently, the main controllables are described as diet, rest and exercise. I am not sure if we come to the correct balances through common sense.
Those of you who focus on our various recent ATHs not being enough to compensate for the debasement of the dollar since late 2021 are lost.
is Bitcoin reaching $126K a good ATH? No, thats what I meant.
Never said anything about dollar debasement.
Well in your post you were acting as if $124.5k (we use Bitstamp in these here parts) does not count, and surely there are others who are talking about the ATH not being high enough to account for changes in our cost of living since 2021 (as I addressed that perspective in my post).
I will agree that so far $124.5k is not very high, but it is still an ATH, and it is "really" the ATH that we have achieved so far.
Sure I can agree that it would be disappointing if $124.5k were to be the highest that we were to end up achieving for this cycle, and it does not seem likely that it is even a very likely scenario.. yet at the same time, each of us should attempt to be prepared financially and psychologically for a variety of scenarios including that $124.5k could have had been the top for this cycle.
Many of us also consider it to be a bit early for the bull run to be over (if it is?), and we would expect that there is going to need to be some pretty outrageous negative news for the cycle to have had finished with something in the ballpark of a $124.5k top..
I am having trouble imagining anything less than $180k as being a sufficiently reasonable top, yet we can never really know with any certainty regarding how short-to-medium term BTC prices are going to play out.
