Yeah the Rome derby is always a joy to watch I had my money on Roma to win and I’m glad it wasn’t in vain, it was a fiercely contested battle, a real derby performance. Derbies are always a exciting and entertaining to watch in football.
The match was fairly even, with Lazio controlling the ball well. Even the total number of shots wasn't that high, it was quite even. However, AS Roma was indeed more effective and produced more significant attacking moves. And finally, despite being AS Roma's only goal in the first half, Pallegrini's goal proved decisive. In the end, Pellegrini was named player of the match.
