Times have changed. Before, with your monthly salary you could secure yourself a decent life, travel, build a home... Now times are different, everything is valued less, especially education. Today, if you’re resourceful, you can succeed even without schooling. More and more young people want quick and easy money without putting in effort. Politics has a big influence on that, especially inflation. You are right that we work just to survive.
What you said is also a true reality in society and even in my own life. There are successful people here who had mediocre educations and never even went to college after graduating from elementary and high school. Yet, now they are the bosses of ten employees who work for them. This makes me think that even higher education doesn't guarantee success and immediate employment. The proof is that even people without higher education can still succeed with their own ideas, even if it's basically starting their own business and expanding it to become very well-known.

In my opinion, that is really good resourcefulness  only a good idea can establish a serious business. It is never easy at the beginning, but that period can be endured. Then, people without higher education have the privilege of employing those who do have the necessary knowledge for the business, and I know many examples of this in real life. Also, a lot of people with higher education don’t actually work in the field they studied for, and because of that they don’t love their jobs they just do them to get them done. Unfortunately, that’s how it is. Experience and ideas come before education, unfortunately, but hopefully that will change someday...
