If you’re a high roller then yeah, you deserve comfort. But for some gamblers who can’t even afford to gamble based on their income and still force themselves to play, comfort isn’t really what they’re after. As long as there’s a venue where they can gamble, they’ll try their luck and hope to win.

And when it comes to comfort, I think we all define it differently. For me, small-budget comfort is fine , as long as the place is peaceful, gamblers are protected, and those who cheat get disciplined.
