
As for areas for improvement, I would suggest that the casino fix the image issue once and for all, because as you can see in this email, the image does not appear either. I receive emails from several other casinos and this does not happen. This industry is very competitive and small details like this can make a difference.
It's not a small issue as it appears on top of the casino with user interface and experience so if they see that invalid image, they can have feeling like this casino is unprofessional and they will perhaps also see risk too.
This issue was reported by you and the Bitz casino must discuss and work internally in order to fix this issue as soon as possible. It can be a small issue and easily fixed but if the team let it be, time flies and this small issue will possibly result in bigger problem and affect the casino operation, its attractiveness with guests, and likely raises unnecessary concern whether it is a good casino to use.
