Substance abuse can affect the accuracy of your trading decisions, so I feel people interested in trading need to understand this risk before starting to trade so that they do not turn to substance abusers, but rather focus on the healthy alternatives.
It is very likely that traders who have a daily trading intensity that consumes a lot of time will definitely experience certain pressures. However, if they only use coffee, cigarettes, or a little alcohol, it will not have a serious impact on the accuracy of trading decisions.
Some smokers become more focused when they work on something. This does create a dependence on cigarettes for traders that helps them concentrate. But I do not consider it dangerous.
