I think once anyone have income and can figure out his discretionary income from there, then such person has no reason to wait further rather than to start his or her DCA immediately.
Yes, I agree with the DCA suggestion but then we also have to remember that there's no perfect situation in life. Sometimes, price can take off after our first purchase and never dips again to allow us another buy opportunity. That's one of the flaws I've noticed with the DCA strategy.
