It is most likely done to attract attention to their casino, I am sure there in Romania people will think why don't we try this casino, this looks honest enough to even pay people who won from a glitch in the system. Sounds like a set up job to me, as I clearly can ask why I have never seen this in well reputable cryptocurrencies casinos for example, simply because they already have made their name well known and they have a huge yearly profit, year after year. The casino mentioned here just paid 30.000 EUR which is a irrelevant amount or even ridiculously low amount to these cryptocurrencies reputable casinos which this type of amount they even pay without that much of an auditing I must say. No real news for except that people in Romania should be careful as maybe they will lose a lot of money while this casino tries to accumulate profit on the back of people loses.
