Highly unlikely, that would make their profits what, ~100 millions a month, 1.5 half billion a year?
Their actual revenue (not profit) in Romania was 120 million euros for 2024, and their profit was 12 million euros.

I guess this is limited to only that specific Superbet not the whole Superbet group because it just doesnt make sense if their revenue as whole Superbet Group is only 120 mil euros

Probably not but I guess PlayTech as the creator of the specific game would have to pay some of it out of their own pocket as well as part of the contract. AFAIK casino shared some profit back into these games provider so yeah it just make sense if they actually pay it back as well in case there is an error leading to the casino having to lose this much
