Remember when everyone here said that casinos are just taking your money when a glitch happens, but never pay up for it?

That casino is an exception; they prefer to protect their reputation. There is a possibility of being sued, so they prefer to avoid such suits and maintain their reputation, in the hope that positive feedback and praise from the gambling community will translate into continuous patronage and a steady flow of revenue in their casino.
It's easy to trust this, where they value trust over profit.
