With the recent downward movement of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, investors are divided; some think the bear market is here, following the cryptocurrency cycle, while others think it is just a trap and the market will rally again.
Where do you stand? Is the recent downtrend just a mere retracement? Or the beginning of the bear market?
Bear market above $100k? That is not a bear market. This is a retracement and that is why if the market is moving downwards, this is essential for it to go up again. A 10% slash in the market is still normal, this is what we get from its volatility and then when it recovers, it might move more than that. The beginning lf bear market IMHO is if we see it move down a lot and maybe by 50% or more. And so, we are not yet there.
