Wasnt Romania a country where illegal schemes or scam were popular? For me this story looks more like a money laundering scheme, then generous casino. Made thousands accounts, withdrew money, told everyone that it was a glitch. Would not be a miracle if that casino has or had tax debts, but now announced bankruptcy.
