Some of the substances that could be abused by traders are:
- Alcohol
- Energy drinks and Caffeine.
- Cigarettes, Cannabis and even cocaine.  etc

Substance abuse can affect the accuracy of your trading decisions, so I feel people interested in trading need to understand this risk before starting to trade so that they do not turn to substance abusers, but rather focus on the healthy alternatives.
This not only has a negative effect on trading but in everyday life can also have a bad effect for people who consume alcohol, cocaine or cannabis. But as a connoisseur of coffee and cigarettes, I think it's not true because precisely when I enjoy coffee and cigarettes, I am more productive and far more eager to work or be involved in trade. I exclude coffee and rokol because even though the health of cigarettes is not good, there is a value when I don't consume excessively.

This is not talking about theory but the experience of life that I live because coffee and cigarettes have become a habit. Accuracy to trading decisions may have an effect when someone consumes alcohol, cocaine or cannabis because not everyone can stand and many are drunk when using it.
