For me, yes. I would feel more tempted to gamble in a casino where there are air conditioners, comfortable seats, pleasant music and an exciting fancy athmosphere. Small and precarious casinos are still crowded, because customers don't have another alternatives of places where they can go to gamble, so they go for the available ones. On the other hand, if there were more competition for customers on this industry, then we would see the precarious ones having a hard time to maintain their base of customers.

Important to notice we are talking about physical casinos exclusively on this one, because if we take the virtual ones into consideration, then there will plenty of alternatives where to play nowadays, doesn't matter where you are located on the globe.
