Most times, I see topics by lower-ranking members about something they don't understand, and there will be answers and solutions to that problem in the comments, but there is no follow-up reply by the OP. It leaves me wondering if the person actually reads the replies to their posts. When you read the replies, you will learn more or have more questions.
Not only do they create a topic, then leave it open and never reply to it, but they also create other topics and do the same thing. It's quite annoying to see users like this because they simply don't respect people who try to reply to their threads.
The most common one is creating multiple topic in just one board talking about same point repeatedly for example the economic board. I doubt if replying every single comment is necessary yet few comments are worth replying at least the effort to show concern after creating a topic, reading every single comment is important else there’s no point creating any topic if the op in question has a lazy habit in terms of reading.
