lol, that make sense. I wonder there is a dedicated card counting member/team for that. It can be achieved through retrospective checks as well. In card counting (although I have no idea) varying sizes of bets are usually a clear cut tell (correct me if I am wrong). You are mostly flat betting low amounts and when the show seems hot (with positive EV deck distribution) you raise the bet. If OP can also publish his bet history to the public, it will also help in his case (or against).
